About this Role
As an AI Data Analyst — Junior, you will join our data analytics practice to help clients make data-driven decisions. You will collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data using modern tools enhanced by AI capabilities, turning complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
This is a Talent Pool position — we are building a pipeline of junior data talent with AI skills to support our growing analytics practice.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that drive business decisions
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate data exploration, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions
- Support data warehousing and ETL pipeline processes
- Create compelling data visualizations and storytelling presentations for stakeholders
- Prepare analytical and trend reports with clear recommendations
- Contribute to predictive analytics initiatives using statistical methods
- Document data processes, models, and findings
Requirements
AI & Cloud Certifications (Required)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF-C02)
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner (AIF-C01)
- Claude Certified Architect — Foundations
Data Analytics Certifications (Preferred)
- Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate
- Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
- Tableau Desktop Specialist
- AWS Certified Data Analytics
- Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
Technical Skills
- SQL proficiency (queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries)
- Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn)
- Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, macros)
- Basic understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server)
- Familiarity with ETL concepts and data pipeline basics
- Descriptive statistics, probability, and basic regression analysis
- Cloud platform fundamentals (AWS S3/Redshift, Azure Synapse, or GCP BigQuery)
- Version control with Git
- Jupyter Notebooks for exploratory data analysis

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
